'''Teen Combos''' (or just '''Combos''') were a center for the re-training of disillusioned teenagers, created in the latter half of the [[1980s]], leading to the creation of "Victor Camps" or [[Victor Program]]s. They had generally all been closed by the early [[1990s]]. Some of these Combos had anywhere from 100 to 200 teenagers and about half as many [[FGA]]s. Many of the leaders of these Combos have been accused of various forms of abuse.
