A practice widely used in the late 80s where members were required to share honestly anything that was on their minds, including matters that were unspeakable or taboo, without fear of retribution. These reports were sometimes used as ammunition for reprimanding and correction at a later time. In some occasions, it provided the only way teens could communicate freely, when verbal communication would be regarded as Doubting and Murmuring but more often was seen as a test of spirituality in which NWOs were established.

The reports often also required that children report bowel movements and water intake for the day.

Frequently referred to as an OHR.
