The term flirty little teen (or acronym FLT) is used to indicate teenagers (13-19) who are labelled flirtatious.
In some cases, this can be used to shift the perception of guiltiness for illegal sexual offenses to the minor (13-17). This can be a classic "she was asking for it" argument in defense of statutory rape wherein apologism for the adults (frequently male "uncles") who engaged in sex with (normally female) minors was couched in terms of the minor's alleged sexual temptation (flirtation) being to blame to varying degrees.
