Charles Luis Allen (aka Gabe) is a former second generation Family member who is currently serving a life-term in Angola, the Louisiana State Penitentiary. He was convicted in 2004 for the murder of Jario Pinzon (a former first generation Family member) in Gretna, Louisiana.
As a child, Allen was sent to Family Victor Programs for re-education.
