Paul Péloquin (French Canadian; also known as Josiah, Joe, French Paul, Timothy or Paul Bamboo) is a former Continental Officer (CO) for PACRO and EURCRO.
Paul Péloquin and his wife Linda Perfilio (also known as Kezia or Mary Mom) are project managers for "Focus On Kidz" in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, where they currently live. Paul used to be partnered to Marianne Chazelas (also known as Margie) who now lives with Jerry Paladino.
Paul Péloquin was heavily involved in the production of pornographic videos, often involving underaged girls, while a member of Music With Meaning (MWM) in the 1980s.

THE ORAL EVIDENCE OF THE DANCING
2. MB gave evidence, which I accept of her being taken into the woods with another lady and copying her dance. She spoke of being encouraged by the adults to engage in mutual masturbation with her 9 year old friend A1, who is also shown on the video I have seen. This was filmed by Paul [Peloquin] and he holds office as one of the European CROs (leaders) at the moment. She saw Jeremy S. [Jeremy Spencer] having sexual intercourse with Rachael and being filmed doing it. The films were made for Berg.
THE ORAL EVIDENCE OF CHILD / ADULT ABUSE
1. MB. Her first encounter was with her step-father in Paris when she was 7. He made her masturbate him. She was sent to Greece to join "Music with Meaning" and from then on it was constant sexual activity. She said:
- "Paul [Péloquin] (now the European CRO) immediately started sexual interaction with us doing everything except penetration. I began to realise I was expected to be "revolutionary", that is to say sexually to service the different men aged 25 to 30 plus."
THE LEADERS' INVOLVEMENT IN SEXUAL ABUSE
9. Paul P. [Péloquin] - Josiah
He was another member of the Music with Meaning team. He corrupted and abused the young girls who were part of the singing and dancing troupe. What troubles me gravely is that he is now the European Shepherd and S is subject to his controlling influences - or the lack of them.
