World Mission of Faith, Inc.

World Mission of Faith, Inc. is a front organization of The Family International and an inactive Texas non-profit corporation in the status of "forfeited existence." Its known projects include Family Aid Project. It was incorporated in Texas on December 1, 2003. On January 19, 2004, it filed an application for recognition of exemption with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. On February 19, 2004, its application was approved and the Internal Revenue Service determined that it was "exempt from federal income tax under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in section 501(c)(3). Because the corporation is recognized as a church, it is not required to file annual Form 990 tax returns.

On June 3, 2004, the Texas Secretary of State cited the corporation for its alleged failure to maintain a registered agent. On July 27, 2005, the Texas Secretary of State again cited the corporation for its alleged failure to maintain a registered agent. On August 4, 2005, the Texas Secretary of State's notice (sent by certified mail) to World Mission of Faith, Inc. of its alleged failure to maintain a registered agent was returned undelivered. On October 21, 2005, the Texas Secretary of State forfeited its charter, certificate of authority and right to do business in the state of Texas. On April 11, 2006, the Texas Secretary of State reinstated World Mission of Faith, Inc. after an application for reinstatement and a public information report was filed by Jeff Wells. On February 7, 2007, the Texas Secretary of State once again forfeited the corporation's charter, certificate of authority and right to do business pursuant to section 171.309 of the Texas Tax Code.
