Rosa María Raffo (Peruvian) is a former member[citation needed] and minor leader[citation needed] of The Family International. She is the former wife of Juan Carlos Rosas Razzeto and mother of Leila Rosas Paquette (SGA; member of the SACRO team). She is from a wealthy Peruvian family.
She was most recently known to be living in Santiago, Chile as the founder and president of the foundation, "Help for the Children of the Andes".[1]
