A target of a "Flirty Fisher" practicing The Family's doctrine of Flirty Fishing. A (usually male) person being witnessed to and sexually serviced. Generous "fish" often were called "kings".
Less commonly used to describe potential converts that are being witnessed to through non-sexual means.
