John LaMattery, Jr. (born 1977 in Grenoble, France) is a former second generation member who has spoken out in the media against abuse. While previously a member of The Family, he served for a period as a PACRO Visiting Servant (during which time he was known as Sam). He is married to China Braaten, and together they live in San Diego, California with their son Anthony.
