Julia McNeil

Julia McNeil was born and raised in The Family, and left the group in 1995 at age 20. In recent years she has worked as a project manager specializing in web-based application development.
Julia McNeil is the founder and administrator of MovingOn, an online support group started in 2001 for young people who were also born and raised in The Family. Additionally, she is a co-founder and director of the Safe Passage Foundation, an organization whose goals include providing support and advocacy for people raised in restrictive and isolated communities.
