Julia McNeil

Julia McNeil was born and raised in The Family, and left the group in 1995 at age 20. In recent years she has worked as a project manager specializing in web-based application development.
Julia McNeil is the founder and administrator of MovingOn, a community website started in 2001 for young people who were also born and raised in The Family. Additionally, she is a co-founder and director of the Safe Passage Foundation, an organization whose goals include providing support and advocacy for people raised in restrictive and isolated communities.
