A center for the re-training of disillusioned teenagers, created in the latter half of the 80s, leading to the creation of Victor camps.

  • Budapest Teen Combo (BTC) — 198?-1983 — Óbuda, Budapest, Hungary
  • Vienna Teen Combo (VTC) — 198?-1992/3 — Vienna, Austria
  • Monterrey Teen Combo — 1989-1990 — Monterrey, Mexico
