Camps for the re-training of disillusioned teenagers, created in the latter half of the 80s, leading to the creation of Victor camps.

- Budapest Teen Combo (BTC) - 198?-1983 - Óbuda, Budapest, Hungary
- Vienna Teen Combo (VTC) - 198?-199? - Vienna, Austria
- Monterrey Teen Combo - Monterrey, Mexico
