The daily life in The Family International has continually been highly regulated and it was very common for there to be a Daily Schedule, which would map out every hour of the day for a six-day week.
Sample Daily Schedule
Below is a sample of a typical Daily Schedule:
| 0700–0730 | Reveille - Wake up, shower, etc. |
| 0730–0800 | Breakfast - Usually scrambled eggs, bread, and milk. |
| 0800–0900 | Devotions - |
| 0900–1000 | JJTs - House-cleaning. |
