- Are we sure that "KWIC" meant "Key Word Instant Concordance" and not "Keyword in context"?--Thorwald
- Yes. There was a series of Family publications titled "Key Word Instant Concordance" (KWIC). For example, The KWIC Volume II (845 pages, February 1987) covered Mo Letters 1300-1599. A typical entry for a keyword would look something like this (from page 419):

- 1552:108-like #! That was "Promised Land"
