Peter Riddell (Australian; uses the pseudonyms Barry or Matthew and may have legally changed his name to Peter Williams), partnered to "Windy" Williams, currently lives at the Family's Heavenly City School (HCS) in Tateyama, Japan. For many years he has helped produce and oversee the production of Family video and audio products.
Riddell has been working with World Services (WS) since the mid-1980s, and through this period has remained in frequent contact with David Berg, Karen Zerby, and other top leaders. He also lived with Ricky Rodriguez ("Davidito"), Techi and Davida during their childhood (see: Grapevine #63 – Stories and Remembrances of Dad).
In 1984, Riddell was found guilty of child kidnapping and forgery and deported to Australia. After trial and sentencing in Australia, he later returned to Japan.
