- Was it the year 1985 or 1993 that Berg said Jesus would return? I seem to recall it being the latter. --WalkerJ 01:22, 8 Apr 2005 (CDT)
- I recall 1986 being a year in which the anti-christ was supposed to "take over". Note that this was due to Halley's Comet being interpreted as a "sign of the times". Berg likely made numerous such predictions. He was remarkably unabashed when it came to getting predictions ass-backward and had great (and apparently justified) confidence in the belief that members would by the inevitable "it was going to happen but Jesus changed his plans" ilk of argument. --Craven de Kere 00:42, 5 May 2005 (CDT)
